All works are works of authors and as such are subject to protection according to provisions of the Copyright and Related Rights Act and of the Criminal Proceedings Act of the Republic of Serbia.Any kind of unauthorized breach of copyright is a criminal offence.Any kind of unauthorized use of downloaded materials shall be subject to penalties according to provisions of the Copyright and Related Rights Act and of the Criminal Proceedings Act of the Republic of Serbia.The festival founder shall not bear the responsibility in case of breach of copyright arising from an unauthorized use by third persons.Only properly completed applications related to uploading films to festival website give the right to authors to participate in the festival competition and enable download of their uploaded films.
